Domonique Worship Coaching & Consulting

A leader who exudes presence, intentionality and generosity of spirit wherever she goes, Domonique I. Worship is a Career Coach and Leadership Advisor who empowers women to uncover, embody and actualize their full potential. Domonique works with select clients (corporate and individual) through her coaching and consulting practice dedicated to transformational leadership stemming from her own unique career evolution. Before boldly transitioning to coaching and working with leaders from companies such as YouTube, DoorDash, MasterClass, and Hinge, Domonique was an integral changemaker for the National Basketball Association (NBA) where she served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion–making her the youngest VP at the time.

Domonique's relentless pursuit of meaningful solutions is ingrained–she earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida. She is an ICF-certified coach and earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Co-Active Training Institute in 2019. Fluent in Spanish and currently a traveling digital nomad embarking on a year of living abroad, when Domonique is not working she is experimenting with new recipes, playing with her puppy and connecting with her fitness community through cycling, strength training and running.
