In both private practice at international law firms and as in-house counsel for a leading asset manager, Ekwutozia provided counsel on all aspects of management company formation, fund formation, structuring and restructuring, business development, and investor relations for domestic and offshore private equity and hedge funds (including coinvestment vehicles).

As a former Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, she gained extensive experience in anticipating the needs of institutional investors and funds and in communicating pertinent analysis.
