Morenike Williams is the CEO of Revision Coaching™, a minority- and woman-owned consultancy that provides tailored coaching and workshop solutions to empower legal and business executives in accelerating their personal and professional growth, accessing untapped potential, and ascending to new heights.
Her tried and true experiences at top firms in Big Law (Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Allen & Overy (London)) and Fortune 200 companies, in legal and business roles, have fortified her empathy and vision for what success looks like.

Bringing more than 15 years of expertise to bear, Morenike is a dynamic facilitator who curates customized experiences to propel her clients forward on their career journeys. Morenike’s primary areas of expertise are career strategy, effective communication, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Additional focus areas include pursuing promotions or professional pivots; identifying and overcoming imposter syndrome; navigating corporate landscapes; delivering and receiving feedback; and managing difficult conversations. Above all, her authentic and thoughtful approach is what her clients value most.

She is a trusted thought leader and highly sought after guest speaker, including at events sponsored by the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), Metropolitan Black Bar Association, My Brother’s Keeper/My Sister’s Keeper, WIN Summit, Upward Women, and the Association of Black Women Attorneys. She has been featured on the “When Women Speak” and “The Journey to More” web series shows, as well as the “Awaken to Purpose,” “Real Talk with Dumas,” and “Voices of Inclusion” podcasts. In addition, she is one of the founding members of NAMWOLF’s “Coaching Corner Series”, which provides group coaching and leadership development to its members.

She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and holds a license to practice law in the State of New York.
