Sandra Garcia is the CEO of Encounter Your Potential, an award winning New York City based MWBE firm established in 2013. With more than a decade of experience in Inclusive Marketing and Diversity, Sandra is a devoted Marketer with a strong track record for executing Workforce, Workplace, and Marketplace diversity strategies and programs. She utilizes an innovative storytelling approach to assist her clients in promoting inclusive leadership practices essential for achieving diverse business objectives. By integrating this approach into both internal and external marketing efforts, Sandra is able to effectively empower businesses to reach their diversity goals.

Today, Sandra Garcia's portfolio of clients includes renowned brands, such as Google, JP Morgan Chase, Vox Media, Unilever Global and Vevo. She has provided her expertise to institutions such as The Howard University School of Divinity, New York Power Authority and New York Urban League, as well as to organizations such as HSBC Bank Toronto, Summit Health/City MD, and KITSAP Credit Union. Sandra served two years as the New York Chapter President of the National Association of Multi-ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC) where she was awarded Chapter of The Year and Chapter Leadership Team of the Year. Sandra now sits on the Board of Directors of the Ithaca College Customer Experience Certificate program, The Digital Diversity Network, and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications National Board of Directors. She was also a Forbes 30 Under 30 2016 nominee, and was awarded by Latino Leaders Magazine, a Top 25 Future Latino Leader (ages 25-35) in 2012.
